Sputnikdelivery LTD Driver Agreement
This Driver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sputnikdelivery LTD ("Company") and the individual applying to become a driver ("Driver").
1. Relationship
The Driver acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. The Driver is free to determine their own hours of work and is not subject to the control and direction of the Company in the performance of their services.
2. Driver Responsibilities
The Driver agrees to:
- Maintain a valid UK driving license at all times
- Maintain appropriate vehicle insurance
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain their vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver packages in a timely and professional manner
- Treat customers with respect and professionalism
3. Payment
The Driver will be paid according to the Company's current payment structure, which may be updated from time to time. Payments will be made on a weekly basis for all completed deliveries.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence upon the acceptance of the Driver's application and shall continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
5. Confidentiality
The Driver agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company information, including customer data, business practices, and proprietary information.
6. Data Protection
The Driver consents to the Company collecting, storing, and processing their personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
By signing below, the Driver acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
